Jonathan Hayes is a nationally recognized trial attorney and partner at Goldstein Hayes & Lina, LLC, a personal injury trial firm focused on helping individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic injuries or wrongful death in cases involving tractor-trailer and motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, swimming pool accidents and injuries from defective products.


An Atlanta native, Jonathan is a 1990 graduate of Woodward Academy in College Park. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston, in South Carolina in 1994.


Jonathan graduated law school from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law. During law school, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable Rowland W. Barnes, Superior Court Judge, Fulton County, Georgia. Jonathan and his wife now live in Atlanta, Georgia and are members of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church.
